Traditional produce from our mountains.
Our cowshed, which is attached to our Agriturismo, hosts around 60 Brown Swiss dairy cattle who solely live on a natural nutrition of herbal- and corn- ensilage, free of genetically modified organisms. From September to June you may visit our cows in the barn.
Our production of cheese, butter and cured meats still preserves the local farmers´ techniques.
In our cheese dairy cold raw milk is processed to guarantee its unmodified characteristics.
